Fighting in Photos – Erdenebat impressive in win over Breedy
HANOVER – Tsendbaatar Erdenebat has been working his way up the super featherweight division but wanted a performance that could get him some consideration for a world title shot. On Friday night, he may have done that.
Erdenebat (15-0) outworked Breedy in nearly every round, scoring a knockdown leading to a unanimous decision victory in the main event of the card shown on ProBox TV. The scores were 100-89, 100-89, and 99-90 for the Mongolian giving him a near shutout in all three cards.
Breedy (18-2, 8 KOs) could not keep up with the combinations that Erdenebat was throwing early in the fight as it seemed like Erdenebat was throwing three punches to one from Breedy. At the end of ten rounds, Erdenebat landed 272 punches in comparison to Breedy landing 124.
