Joshua-Pulev postponed

An announcement was made earlier today that the unified heavyweight title fight between Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev which was scheduled to happen on June 20th at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been postponed. A new date for the event promoted by Matchroom Boxing and 258 Management in association with Top Rank and Epic Sports Entertainment is currently being worked on.

Joshua (23-1, 21 KOs) was set to defend the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO titles that he won in the rematch against Andy Ruiz, Jr. against the IBF mandatory challenger in Pulev (28-1, 14 KOs) at the stadium that hosts the games for the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. However due to the coronavirus pandemic this event has been pushed back to a later date.

We will continue to monitor any updates through Matchroom Boxing and Top Rank Boxing in reference to this fight.
